Deceptive bordering on fraud
|
I placed an order in April 2013 and they promised free shipping w/ arrival within 2 weeks. A few days later, their site showed that the product shipped, yet 3 weeks later I had not received anything. When I contacted them, it turned out they had not shipped
the order at all, and claimed vaguely "warehouse issues" and "inventory problems". No explanation why the website info was incorrect or why I was never notified about it. Very deceptive and unprofessional.
