I purchased 5 cartridges and one didn't fit because of a slot/tab mismatch. I e-mailed them 4 times and they never addressed the problem I had. On the 5th e-mail and the complaint from BBB they finally told how to return the wrong cartridge. I finally after a month of trying got my refund. I do not recommend this company because they don't seem to have good communications. They still haven't told me why the cartridge was wrong. I have a HP all in one Photosmart Plus and the cartridges that did fit all show to be empty even though they are new refills. In the future I will pay for genuine HP cartridges.
