Incompetent Agents

I bought a health plan through Insurance Care Direct after an agent sold me a plan with preventative care coverage. I was charged a processing fee that I was not informed about nor consented to. When I received a welcome phone call from the insurance company, two weeks later, they told me the plan I was on did not have any preventative care coverage and instead the plan only covers $50. They of course had already taken my money. When I called the agent to ask him, his reply was, “It is covered, but you still have to pay a portion of it. I misspoke." I am very unsatisfied and would never refer this company to anyone. I am most certainly disgusted with the service I received.
