If you are looking for a credit card processing company, and choose Integrity, make sure you are in it for life! They handled our credit cards for a few years, and when we decided to shift companies (like all business do), our bank account was deducted for over $9000.00. They took 3 months of credit card processing volume because we decided to move on. Read your contract & just say "no." They will give you the run around, act like they care, but Integrity has no integrity. We are a small business serving the San Gabriel Valley for over 50 years, and have never been so disappointed in a company before. Very unethical & immoral.

We appreciate the opportuunity to respond to the slanderous remarks that have been entered against our company. The merchant was billed for a percentage fee, based on a signed, authorized and acknowledged contract between both parties. Because of our integrity, we will not disclose specifics, but the merchant has acknowledged, in writing, that they were aware of the contract, terms and conditions, never thought we "would comply with our part of the contract". The merchant also never disclosed the fact here the they were given a refund of a portion of that amount as a good faith gesture only - not as something we were contractually or legally bound to do! It is a case of sour grapes and they have used this venue to vent. We wish them future prosperity.
