Worst Customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

My story is the same as all those here I just read. My invicta 6169 Stopped working 3 months after I got it and sent to Invicta service with check for$25.00 ???!
Sent in July . Was told could take up to 3 months. It's been five. Every time I call it's a different story . I have gotten the delay from overseas excuse, the we emailed you about replacement and your email was bad ( even though I have verified it every time I have called) . When asked about replacement was told it would take a week to see if it's in stock? Seriously how stupid do you think I am. Supposedly they will call me back when they know if its in stock. Amazon gave me the info in 30 seconds,!funny it takes them a week ....hahahah, I know they are not checking. I have left very detailed messages for the "Manager" supposedly named Alissa at 1-800-327-7682 x 1128, give her a all she will never return it. Guaranteed. Filing with BBB and FTC , resigned to the fact I will never get the watch back or a replacement. Basically criminal and a scam. Going to use friends in media and try to get a story done on them .
If your going to buy one of these watches please think of them like a Bic lighter. When I runs out throw it out and save your self the time ,energy and frustrations of dealing with low level scam artists. When they answer the phone after 30 min of hold time ,they never know anything and give you no information. All I have is a case number which is worthless.
Even though it was passed the return window for Amazon I called them now 8 months later and they are now trying to resolve for me after telling them my frustrations. We'll see. Just remember " Disposable"'
