I am surprised to see the low BBB rating for Invicta. My own company has the highest rating and the rating means a lot to me. My experience to date has been great. You get a lot of watch for the money. The movements are identified as to Swiss, Swiss parts, Japan, etc. Customer service has been very helpful . They sent me a free replacement pin for a broken watch band and I fixed it myself. No problems with my watches. The lesser priced models have gold plating that is applied to the entire band and consequently on close inspection you can see there is no plating between links where they rub together. But the plating is durable on even these inexpensive models and looks fine from a normal distance. The Reserve models cost more and are top notch. I personally own maybe 10 Invictas purchased over the past three years and they all run fine. I have purchased maybe twenty for gifts to my customers and employees over the past year and they are still wearing them.
Check out the warranty terms on higher priced watches. Many are for shorter term than Invicta's available 5 year warranty. You can afford to pay shipping on a Swiss made automatic chronograph that you paid Invicta maybe $1,5000 for which compares with a brand name product for double the price or more. If you are paying $75 to $100 for their dive watches and have bad luck with it, then the cost of shipping is a factor I know.
