I have been working with them for 8 months and all they have done is process paperwork. The information provided to my lender was full of problems. In the end they caused my modification to be denied. I have since contracted with an attorney who seems be be doing a much better job. I want my $1500 back from them am in the process of filing a claim with the AG's office. They took peoples money boasted of a 90% success rate and did nothing but fail.
