After owning multiple brands of dehumidifiers I tried Honeywell and have been very well pleased. There are two in use and have been reliable in doing their job JMATEX N.A. LLC have been exceptional with taking care of any issues. Efficiently and promptly with one call the wheels are put in motion to resolve the problem. Joey was most helpful and and kind.
