During June, 2010, Ruben Amador of Jack Stephan was very courteous and professional in handling a water heater plumbing leak and confirming the validity of the 20-year warrantee that covered the repair of the copper piping originally installed by his company in 1991.All work was completed as Mr. Amador had outlined and there were no futher problems. As a longtime customer of Jack Stephan, I have always found them to be higly competent and quick to respond to any concerns I may have expressed. I would not hesitate to recomend them.
