This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a Maxtor 160GB hard drive for $50.00, I thought that was a great price. When the product arrived 1 1/2 weeks later (slow shipping), I opened it up to find they sent me a Seagate 160GB hard drive. PROBLEM #1 wrong item. Then when I placed it into my PC and tried to load software onto it I received an error that stated there was no hard drive. PROBLEM #2 - BAD hard drive. I called the company the next day to let them know I needed to return this drive. I waited until Friday and no one responded back, so I emailed 5 times. I emailed directly through there website and directly to there email addresses on there website. I also placed 2 more calls with no response back regarding my problems.
If I were you, NEVER order from this company EVER. Ignore there site.
