I was so excited to get the ***THREE*** beds I ordered from this company. My 40lb Border Collie/Austrailian Shepard mix put a hole in one within a few days. I emailed the company as instructed, they told me they would send me two just in case something happened to the other. I only received one. I emailed them back and explained I had only received one. During that time, my puppy chewed the corner of the other one. They replied they checked with FedEx and two had been sent so there was nothing else they could do for me. I replied I wanted it further investigated because that was not the case. They replied they would send me a cover as a "courtesy" and unfortunately my account has used all of my warranties for the future. Their exact words. I still have a third that is under warranty until Jan 26, 2013. I replied and informed them that if I infact do have an issue with the third one, I will expect it to be still under warranty. The email and their reply, which I will happily forward to anyone who would like to see it, was writen as if I am a thief trying to get something for free. I will also provide pictures of the two beds that were damaged and the dog that was able to do it. I am very aggrivated with this company because of the their disrespectful response and will never do business with them ever again. Their dogs beds are pricey and do not live up to the claim that they are the best money can buy. Otherwise, I would have never had to deal with the warranty in the first place. But add the treatment of their customer service when there is an issue?!? No thank you.
