I signed a contract with this company in January of 2010. The company indicated it usually takes about 3 months for the modification but could take up to 6 months. During this time the company moved once,lost my documents, and changed there number countless times. I found the so-called employees to be less than honest, rude, never returned calls, and totally unreliable. After 12 months they decided they could no longer help me, and told me I was on my own!, I could not believe what I heard. I asked about the contract, and they said they I needed to write a letter to explain why I should get a refund. After submitting to the letter, they again gave me the run around, again and again, and again. The last person, allegedly, Alicia, indicated she could not feel bad for me because she needed to feed her family. They indicated in June 2011, they could refund 1,500 dollars, to which I declined. A month later, they told me I was no longer qualified for refund. I have no good words for this company. They are simply the worst.
