This is a truly terrible business run by very poorly informed staff. The promise of "express" delivery with knowledgeable and friendly staff is basically a scam. You will wait for hours, receive uneducated advice, and probably leave frustrated. When the owner was asked how they protect confidential customer information (like addresses, car info, etc), her response was to tell me "I think you are an unreasonable person" and hung up the phone. Is asking about how a business protects confidential information an unreasonable question? This business should be investigated and their employees vetted for criminal history, etc, none of which has likely been done. This is an issue of public safety, and therefore my recommendation is for this business to close its doors, or face continued legal risks and more importantly, risks to the community.
