Maid Experts is a high volume maid service with hundreds of thousands of cleanings performed in our past. With this kind of volume, although the vast majority of our jobs will go without incident, we will receive all types of positive, negative feedback as well as complaints occasionally.
We take ALL complaints very seriously and will do everything we can to try to fairly resolve them as well as give full consideration to all customers. BBB will show all complaints have received fair considerations in resolving.
While LA BBB is a site more used by complainers, we urge all interested in actual feedback from customers in a more neutral basis to check out a review site such as Service Magic to read the dozens and dozens of reviews available on a more neutral basis. Here are links:
