I am filling a complaint for the lack of services that i received from you firm. I requested Eviction Protection, entered in to a contract with your Firm and nothing was done about. Your contract states you would prepare these s documents
Preparation and investigation of the case
Filing complaint
Answer of any and all complaints
Preparation of Evidence
Preparation and client counseling for the court hearing
These documents never were prepared. I have made repeated calls to John Ludlow and his last comments to me were “the proof we have done something is that you are still in your house. I don’t want to hear you cry about what we haven't done.”
I am prepared to make a complaint to the California Bar Association
