For the second time shipment was NOT packed properly and 3 bottle missing 2 damaged out of 12 ... when I called to get replacements the "woman" (not sure could have been a beast) was so belligerent on the phone. I was unable to speak to a manager or get the problem resolved. Company shows ZERO interest in rectifying their mistakes and has HORRIFIC people manning their phone lines. Product is okay but there are plenty that work just as well without the hassle. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME !!
