I would rate this company and it's owner with negative stars, if possible. I made a pre-launch purchase of the soffit vent back in May of 2022. At that time the website stated shipment of the product was anticipated for September of 2022. As of mid September I had not received the soffit vent, so I emailed the company. Four weeks later I had not received a response, so I followed up on October 9. The owner, Richard Schobel, responded two days later with a long drawn out crazy story about why he wouldn't be able to ship the product until January. At this point I could not wait any longer so I requested a refund. That was October 12th. I didn't hear back from Richard until October 18th, and that was only in response to two follow ups I sent during that time frame. All he did was acknowledge that he received my request for a refund. He did not provide a timeline or inform me of any issues that would delay the processing of my refund. I followed up again, and asked for a timeline. He responded on November 3rd giving another wild excuse about his SEO company not updating the transaction platform and his account going dormant. At this point I suspected a scam, and contacted my bank to file a dispute. Today I received a letter from my bank stating that Richard Schobel contacted them and stated that the merchandise had been shipped and received. This dirt bag outright lied to the bank. How is it that he tells me shipment will be January, his website (moistureflow.com) says February and he managed to get a shipment out to me since November 3rd? Mind you I did not receive anything from this loser.
Do not purchase anything from this guy. He literally blamed all his problems on socialism. He is not a professional.
