TOTAL SCAM! Offered a free trial for tooth whitening system (just pay the shipping & handling). Well, no NOT the case. I checked my bank statement this morning and had a $78.95 charged on it twice. This is after paying all ready over $5.00 more on additional sipping charges and never received the product. They lure you in with the S&H tactic so they get your bank info. I called this am and spoke to a rep on the phone...I told him that I never ordered the membership and that I need the money refunded back to my account because they caused my account to OVERDRAFT and the bank charged me over $100.00 in overcharges. The rep look to see if the product had already ship but found that they never mailed it out and that they will credit my account back in 2-3 days (will see) in the mean time I had to deal with the bank to make sure NO additional charges come out of my account. I wish I had looked into the BBB website before...I would had seen all of the complaints about the company and would had never ordered...IF IT's TO GOOD TO BE TRUE...WELL... U KNOW THE REST. I got SCAMMED. But if I don't see a refund by next week I will get me some legal representation because this has to STOP.
