This company and all affiliates:Listed on site. Steer very clear. The quality is what you would expect from cheap knockoffs. But the customer service is just non existent. I have spent close to a thousand dollars on rc stuff before I caught on. EX: 9101 Double Horse From Xheli broke instantly called c service told they would send the part right out.That was six weeks ago,after 25 emails and no tracking # they are saying the carrier lost it. Next Nitrorcx.com bought a 700$ rc car one of the steering servos was defective. They told to return both servos for a type that were in stock, I was informed after a week they were not after countless emails. Today 4 weeks later I received used abused replacement part really they still have dirt on the and one is broke. This company is REALLLY BAD BUSINESS
It has become almost comical. I have been redirected to one person or another countless times. They are the worst rc companys"s you can possibly deal with.
They have stopped responding to any communication at all. I have never in all my years of buying radio controlled products have been treated with such a complete and intentional run around. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE. IT IS A CHINEESE IMPORT FRONT WITH NO SUPPORT. I TELL YOU NOW IF YOU BUY FROM THEM AND HAVE A PROBLEM IT WILL NOT GET RESOLVED.
