I found out about this Orange Fture while looking for a rental home on Craigslist.
They post dozens of ads claiming you can just take over payments on foreclosed homes with no credit check or down payment. And of course they post ads with pictures of million dollar homes.
Since I have some experience in real estate, I decided to check out this company. First, when you call the company number, you are told you are caller 20+ in line.
Sorry, not going to waste my cell minutes waiting.
So after some searching, I found their web site.
They literally charge you $200 for a list of foreclosures!!!
DO YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET THAT LIST FOR FREE AT YOUR COUNTY COURTHOUSE??????
And their claim you can take over payments?? haha NOT TRUE. You cannot do that. No lender will allow it.
Please do not EVER give these people or any other company your money that uses these claims!!
