Agents do not waste your money on this company. When I received the email from Kate Jackson, I called the company and the call was routed to Anthony Oates. At that time this is what he told me; for $35 a lead, these will be prequalified leads and they will be asked if they are working with a realtor. This is also what I have been told by Lisa Stansfield who is the customer service/IT person. So far I have received over 85 leads that are 1)never applied for a loan or was interested in buying a home 2) already bought a house about 6 months to a year ago 3) does not want to work with a realtor because they have a family member or friend that is a realtor and lastly and most important 4) were almost upset for the call because they do not recall ever applying for any loan or service and were wondering where I got their number. I have left several messages for Anthony and Lisa and they have not returned my call.
