I signed up to do a modifaction with this company in August of 09.. My home had a for sale date from the lender for october. They were able to put the sale date off for 2 months and finish my modifaction. My new loan now saves me 350 a month plus they saved my loan. I am very thankfull for the work that they provide for me.
