Premier Ribbon Supply is a scam.
My company did NOT authorize printer cartridges sent to my place of work. An invoice was sent charging $252.45 for 12 cartridges that could have been ordered for half the price.
We use only contracted businesses such as Staples for these items at a discount.
I am sending back the invoice and box today in hopes of not having issues. Thankfully I did NOT pay the invoice because there are NO REFUNDS!
Do NOT pay this company for cheap supplies. This is a SCAM! NO STAR RATING!
