Where to start...contacted them about replacing an LOA that was lost for a large (very large) Mohammed Ali display (robe, shorts, glove all signed). Purchased at a high-end charity auction in LA years ago. Rep said they could do it using photos as shipping the product would be over $500. Over a year ago, I sent them photos, and my original invoice showing I paid $8,000! I tried following up - their authentication team was very busy (every time) supposedly. They lost my records while implementing a new CRM system (supposedly) but called me out of the blue and now say they need to see the display and items (which are in the display).
Horrible follow-up, misleading bait & switch on what they could and couldn't do. Only good thing is it didn't cost me anything except long wait times and no help whatsoever.
