Ordered cigars on 5/26/10 and didn't receive an order or ship confirm. I called the company 5 times at different times and days and all I got was a recording saying they were out at lunch. I also emailed 5 times. I did not receive any response whatsoever. I then checked BBB and found they had an F rating. I also Googled and discovered many complaints about this company. After well over a month, I canceled the charge to my credit card and received a credit. I have reported Puro Nundi (aka cheapercigars.com) to the State Attorney General of CA.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY as I believe they may be fraudulent.
