Went above and beyond

Dave and the owner (I forgot his name) went above and beyond to take care of me.
It should have been easy but a few things happened.
First, my insurance made it a long process and they kept at it for months, doing legwork that they could have dropped to me.
At the same time, a different company was being just awful - they helped me figure it out and always took my calls, even though it wasn't their problem.
Highly recommend these guys, I cannot thank them enough.
