Pool looks like it has a disease

We hired Reyes Pool Plastering to resurface our pool and replace the tile. We wanted a pool with a blue bottom. They plastered the pool and within a month or so the plaster started to streak. We called them out as we were VERY unhappy. After spending $10,000
we expected a professional job. When we called them out, they said that the streaking was normal and there was nothing they could do. We followed their instructions to a tee after having the pool redone. After a year our pool now looks like a 2 year old plastered
it. I'm sorry, but there is no way our pool should look this way. We paid for a blue bottom, not a blue and white stripped, blotched pool. We are very very unhappy with the job. When we did our checking no one stated the above. I would never use them again.
Our pool looks awful. We are very disappointed. Reyes Pool states that this is "normal" NOT NORMAL in my book. We paid good money to have the pool redone. DO NOT USE!
