I know many people with bad experiences blast their stories out of proportion due to thier anger but this one is as true and as unbiased as possible.
I am currently in the Mediation/Pending Civil Lawsuit with San Jose BMW Vespa for multiple violations to various legal codes. They did the following:
They sold me a Vespa that "broke its welds" in 1800 miles.
They misrepresented a repair,
Kept my vespa for over two months without calling me,
Charged me for repairs I did not authorize,
Threw away my old parts when i asked for them.
Charged me for a repair they did not complete (the bike is worse now)
Verbally threatened me upon picking up my bike,
I am currently in talks with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and am seeking a Civil Lawsuit pending their failure to mediate the situation.
I would not recommend this place for the sheer fact that they are not reputable, professional, or in anyway trustworthy. I will post the manner in which they mediate this situation.
