I went to this firm last year and spoke to them about doing a mod on my home, but I also did my homework on them to before I went, I herd their commercial on TV and radio and I was curious. Just like everyone stated this firm tell you things that's just
not true. They wanted money up front even before they fill in your name and address, and Ca state law states no firm during a modification can not charge you up front fees for a mod. My wife and I walked out when I told them I would not pay them up front for
anything, one of the reps seems to get an attitude, it didn't matter to me because I was not going to do business with them no way, just want to see what game they was playing. It's shame you got people out their who are scamming people when they are down
and out no where to turn, these people should be put an jail and made to refund everyone money who they scammed. Please don't do business with these crooks, I did my homework before I went to see them, that's what save me. Hope this help!
