Rax Patel is the worst manager I have EVER dealt with in my entire life! Disrespectful, liar,egotistical, rude, obnoxious, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! There was an agreement made between myself, the finance manager, and a previous manager, then that previous manager either got fired, quit or was laid off, and Rax came in to take over his position. I had check systems contacting me regarding a check that was made out to Nissan, however that check was supposed to have been ripped up due to the new down payment arrangement. When that failed to happen, Check systems started to contact me several times a day for the money. Basically, Rax denied the entire arrangement to the check systems although we talked on the phone, his own words, " I spoke with Jason and everything you said has been confirmed, I will contact the company and aware them of the previous payment arrangements." Well this never happened, he denied the entire thing to Check systems. I went to speak with him, and he was completely rude to me, yelled at me, was obnoxious, and after our argument, I walked to speak with Jason, and he told Jason "do not make any new arrangements with her, do not call check systems and aware them of the previous payment arrangements" I stormed out of there after a few minutes. They made the arrangements and should have stood by it, even if they had to pay the $2,500 back to the check systems. He got his money, doesn't care about me, or my financial situation, that's a careless individual, just a monster.
