Victor Mackliff of Streamline Real Estate signed a contract stating that I, would be designing and creating his website. After numerous meetings of back and forth discussions, a design was approved and their website was built. Web content by the client was needed in the final stage to make the website go live.
Over 6 month period of time, numerous unsuccessful attempts were made via emails and phone calls to reach Mr. Mackliff. In a final attempt to reach Mr. Mackliff, I followed up with a 3rd party vendor that we used for the website. I was told that Mr. Mackliff had used another Web Designer and already went live with his website, all while avoiding me and leaving me in the dark.
He violated the terms of our agreement and breached the signed contract. Victor Mackliff, owner of Streamline Real Estate services is a very bad businessman and cannot be trusted.
