WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently helped a friend order a part from the Suncore Industries website. I had received confirmation emails, an invoice, and a tracking number but the transaction did not show on his banking account. He asked me to call and talk to them because the rep he had on the phone was rude and couldn't give him any information by just getting his name. I called and gave his name, just like he did, and she pulled up the order. I tried explaining to her that I had already received emails but the charge had not gone through the bank. She then said, "Well if you already have the invoice, then what's the invoice number?" She was really rude about it, and told me that it was obviously already processed if I had received the invoice. When I told her there was no need to be rude she said "Are you kidding me?" and hung up on me. Suncore Industries needs to invest more in their customer service, especially when people are spending close to a thousand dollars with their company!!
