I had my car towed to Sunnyvale Volkswagen because I lost my alternator belt. Replacing the belt and putting in a new alternator, which supposedly had a damaged pully cost 640.00$ in labor. When I called a different VW dealer in the area I was given a quote of 245.00$ of labor cost for the same type of work. They just took advantage of me having towed the car. When I asked about the high labor charges the service representative became rather unfriendly and management did not return calls.
This place is a total rip-off.
