The product I purchased was a water pump. When I received it the water hose outlet broke in my hands. I sent it back to be replaced. They refused, but could not tell me why. They claimed it was not installed properly. If you know about the types of material these pumps are made of, you would have to apply significant force to break it. My pump had no physical damage, hence it was brand new and not installed. But, the company still refused to replace my $100 pump. I don't know why, don't buy unless the company you buy from handles the warranty, these guy's will screw you over.
