if i had the option to give this car wash company a "ZERO" star, i would definitely do it! i think they've recently changed ownership and the service there is HORRIBLE! i went to go get a car wash there a couple days ago and my car got STOLEN! this is what happened... i drove up, selected a car wash, handed them my keys, they gave me a voucher/receipt to go pay for it, i go inside and pay for it, go out to the other end to wait for my car, after about an hour of waiting i went to go see what's the hold up, then to realize the employees don't know where my car went! how can they allow someone to randomly steal a car like that?!? the manager wasn't even on site! when he arrived, he DIDN'T apologize for my misfortune, but he BLAMED me for it! he said i could've "PLOTTED" this whole thing out! I WENT BALLISTIC! talking about POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR SUPERVISION, AND POOR EVERYTHING IN GENERAL! that's why i'm advising you guys now... DON'T EVER GET YOUR CAR WASH HERE!!!
