I purchased $12,000 worth of silver coins from the Tulving Company over two months ago based on recommendations by a family member and a business friend. I have spoken to Tulving's customer service representative, Karen, multiple times. She stated that
the owner decides when the product will be sent to the customer and that their is no rhyme or reason when he will send the product to the customer. I was refused a refund when I requested one. I no longer have confidence that I will receive the product as
advertised. When a company refused to deliver the product they sold and they refuse to refund the money paid, this is probably a criminal offense. I will follow up after I contact the Attorney General for criminal charges and later when I file civil charges.
