Great Location but........

Arrived at the property at 8:30pm and Tovi informed me that the parking space(that according to our contract was included) was NOT available for a couple of days because "somebody else was using it". So after driving around for awhile, i finally found a spot a few blocks away. However, i completely spaced it, and forgot it was a "school day" the next day, in which the space becomes a tow away zone. It wasn't Tovi's fault that i got towed. However, it IS her fault that i didn't have the space promised to me, through a contract that we both agreed on, so instead i had to drive around and find somewhere. The tow was 280$ and the ticket was 93$...
The only response i got was that she would refund me 15$ x2 days because that's "what she charges for parking", even tho her site to the property doesn't suggest that, anywhere(well it didn't as of the writing of this review).
I would like to think that Tovi is maybe just forgetful, and maybe a little bit of a mess, but after reading the other review on her behavior towards the writre of that, it seems she may be also be a bit underhanded.
I gave 2 stars for location of her property alone. For her behavior, i wouldn't even give 1.
