I have experienced the WORST move of my LIFE do to the back to back 'mistakes' of this company!!! I can't even stop crying because of what strain they have put on my shoulders (heart). I called about a month ago to book a move with them. I explained how critical the timing would be, due to the fact that I live in Military housing and I had to be IN GEORGIA for a court summons over the custody of my two year old son. Darlene assured me that I had chosen the right business for my move (even due to the fact that my ENTIRE life is riding on it).
The mover is suppose to be at my house in the morning to pickup my belongings. I was suppose to receive a call from the driver 2 days prior to my scheduled move. I didn't hear anything from him, so I called Darlene. She transferred me to dispatch to check on it. The dispatcher informed me that it was put in the computer that the pickup date wasn't important and that it could be done anytime between the 4th and the 14th of June. I have already paid $900 to these people (so that they would get it done right). I'm now stuck with the choice of losing my home and everything I and my children own, OR losing my 2 year old son!!! Darlene, at Trans National, ASSURED me that they would work it out and call me back (after saying this same thing and never following through) before 5:30 EST. I've called and called and CALLED when the time was getting close and I had heard NOTHING from them. It is now 6:13 EST and I've cried my heart out on her and dispatch's Tom's voicemail. NO one has returned any of my calls, nor did they let me know ANYTHING and they are suppose to be here in the morning to pickup my things. If I wait on them, and no one arrives, I've LOST $900 and my house, everything in it, and possibly my baby!!!!! I couldn't sit here and and explain the feeling in my chest! I've lost EVERYTHING I live for because of their 'mistake', and they can't even have enough courtesy to return a phone call!
