This outfit is a joke. They will process your order (take your cash) like a vegas black jack dealer but you can bet you won't see your order for weeks. When I called about my order to ask why I hadn't received a tracking number the gal told me she "hadn't got around to it yet". Anyway, I finally get a tracking number which indicated that the processing was initiated 9 days after my on-line order was submitted. By the time I receive this clutch part it will have been TWO WEEKS. If you ask me, healthy turf should be cut more than once every 2 weeks. For this (high grass) I owe this deadbeat company as the $75 I saved is now a moot point since time IS $$$$. I won't revisit this joke of a company. BTW, this guy works out of Tahoe now but will order your parts from Florida if he needs to.
