We have communicated with this customer, who accuses us of lying about our policies. The package WAS shipped. We cannot be responsible for the length of time it takes the post office to scan a package. When we say the package was in transit-it is. Over and over and over again, we try to explain to customers the difference between "delivery confirmation" numbers and tracking numbers.
This package finally shows in transit as of TODAY, the first scan did not occur on the package until it reached Miami, Florida, 3000 miles from here. As we've explained over and over again-packages are not necessarily scanned at origin or while in transit.
If customers would simply read our FAQ, and believe what we are telling them instead of making accusations of fraud, all of this could be avoided.
It is unfortunate that people resort to this, rather than believing us when we tell them that we did indeed fulfill our obligation and have shipped an order. It is sad when people only come here to complain, and to date, not one person has ever come back to that they received their merchandise.
