Very dissappointed and will NEVER order from them again and I WILL pass the word around that this is an awful company! I placed an order one month ago and still I have yet seen my turtle food. They do respond to my email just tell me its on it's way.....WHERE IS IT THEN!?! They also tell me to track it through PayPal, I didnt pay by paypal and I do not have a paypal account! Placed order on May 23,2010...money was taken out of my bank account on May 25,2010 and here it is June 24,2010 and NO order!

We cannot be responsible for the length of time it takes the post office to deliver a package. When we said the package was in transit-it was. Customers need to understand the difference between delivery confirmation and tracking numbers.
A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number is simply what it states it is-a confirmation that a package was delivered. Packages are not necessarily scanned while in transit, which was the case here. We explain this over and over again, but if people don't listen, there isn't much we can do about it.
If customers would simply read our FAQ, and believe what we are telling them, tall of this could be avoided. It is unfortunate that people resort to this, rather than believing us when we tell them that we did indeed fulfill our obligation in shipping a package. Also interesting is that people never come back here to state that they did indeed receive what they ordered, but they certainly have no problem complaining.
According to our records, this package was DELIVERED the same day this "complaint" was made.
