UAT shipped arranged for a car I bought on the internet to be shipped from northern florida to missouri. The first driver showed up to retrieve the car at the time and date I requested - 2 days after payment. Dealer needed another signature and would not release immediately. Hamlet at UAT worked for 4 days arranging another transport for my car and the company that picked it up got it to me in 18 hours! Much better than the 30 day window other transporters quoted. Great price also. Fifty dollars more but 3 WEEKS faster. Very pleased with Hamlet's patience with me on the phone while he was trying to find my car another ride.
