- The price quoted to me was $895, and I had to eventually pay another $130.
- My contact person, Rachel Q, practically assured me that for such a move would the car would almost certainly be picked up within 5 business days. She also told me how they were different from other brokers, because they had some drivers who worked exclusively for them. None of which is true.
- The vehicle was eventually picked up 13 days after the earliest pick up date.
- No one even bothered to call and update me. I had to call every day. In fact one of the days the person I was speaking with sounded irritated that I called. Every time I was told I would be called back in half and hour, I knew they would not.
- After 7 days, I offered to pay more, but the customer care person told me, rather rudely, that they were trying other options. Eventually the other option didn't work and I had to wait another week.
- No response to email / phone calls.
