I used Universal Moving to move from NC to CA.
I was a bit nervous from this upcoming move since I kept hearing about this horror stories about moving companies.
The movers were a little bit late at the day of the move but called to say they will not be on time, once they showed up the foreman explained what's going to happen and they started working. I was relived. My stuff showed up 7 days later as promised and the stuff at the office was very informative when ever I called with a question.
It was a good experience after all!
