Review 4/16/2010

This is an F rated moving company the broker (Nationwide Relocation) chose to pick up my household goods. They showed up in a graffiti covered rental truck. Took 16 hours to load their truck even after I had everything boxed, taken apart, and ready to load. After the truck was loaded the driver told me I would be over weight but "we could make a deal and he wouldn't weight the truck". My charge went from 3,600.00 to 4,800 and I never was shown the DOT weight slip. Somewhere after the pick up my goods were moved to a different company and a different truck.
Delivery was a disaster. Every piece of furniture I own was damaged or missing. All my boxes were re-taped with different tape. Items were missing from boxes, complete boxes were missing. I added a list below this which details the issues. My employer funded this move and chose to not increase the insurance above the 60 cents per pound. I could never come close to recovering my losses.
Please do your research on this company before you choose them. The owner's name is EYAL BEN DROR, Google him and form you own opinion. His former company is Paramount Relocation, Inc and he had to change the name after so many poor reviews.
