This was my first move on my own. Due to a disability, I was unable to move myself out of my upstairs apartment. I called around, and VIP not only sounded legit (and Customer Support in the US), but the price was great.
Moving day, George and Edgar were very professional. They parked and, as soon as the paperwork was signed, they moved the stuff out. Incredibly fast and safely. No lagging, no dragging anything out, no personal phone calls.
They arrived at my destination, moved a couple of couches around, and unloaded exactly what I wanted where I wanted it.
I would not hesitate to use them again, and plan to next time I move.
