Wine cooler did not work right- did not cool without the light on and the LED temperature gauge was over 20 degrees off. We called the company 6 times to get help with the unit: left 1 unreturned message. Was put on hold 2 times for over 20 minutes - no one came back on the line. We were hung up on 3 times. The person answering the phone would not put us through to a supervisor. We will never purchase anything from this company again. Buyers beware - this company has NO customer service!
