In the beginning this club seemed to have great deals and a good membership program..... But, about 6 months ago I was charged for a movie I never received and upon calling them, they said the movie was in the mail and that I failed to reply to my "monthly featured selection" So, the charge would be removed once I returned the movie. They also said they would supply a returned envelope with postage. Well, the return envelope and postage came in the mail, but my movie never did. I have tried to call the same number as before to get a hold of the person I originally spoke to, but much to my surprise, it's now an automated person and I can't even get to an operator. I have spent countless hours on the internet searching for phone #'s for this company, but every phone # magically has the exact same automated person saying the exact same thing. I have now called 8 phone numbers. Oh, also I just check my checking account yesterday and there's a mysterious charge from them for another $71.84. And still, to no avail, I am unable to speak to anyone from the company. So, I have filed a claim with my bank against them, shut down my debit card and am getting a new one. However, I can't even imagine what this is going to do to my credit! GRRRRRR! This company is a complete scam as there's not even a customer service or contact tab on any of the 20 different websites they have for this... Stay away from them, I wish I had researched before I got myself into this mess!
