Found ad on craigslist for kitchen cabinets at wholesale prices. My husband and I were also scammed by Vee Rosen in January of 2009. She and 2 other people visited our home and took 1100 dollars up front. She promised us an amazing kitchen and sent us to see the cabinet makers. We also went to see the work of her cabinet installer and it was awful. When we asked her for our money, she refused to give it back. My husband and I were very upset because she was so kind in the beginning and after taking our money, we received less calls, and shown bad work. We worked so hard to save our money and all we wanted was a nice kitchen. Now we are out of pocket 1100 dollars and no kitchen. Funny thing, when meeting Vee she seemed so kind, talked about her kids, her husband being a cop, and about having good Karma. I trusted her and felt that she was an honest person in beginning. She and I conversed about our kids and she even mentioned that we should come over some time for dinner. Of course, that never happened and realized now that people will say anything to build your trust and then rip you off. I guess now that she is being investigated for fraud, she will have time to think about her Karma. I would hope that my husband and I could receive all of our money that we gave her.
