Glad I Called!

I received a advertisement form this company and while I usually don't respond to these I did give them a call. To my surprise an actual person did answer the phone, he was very helpful and extremely nice to speak to. It took about 20 minutes and as promised he called me back with a few home insurance quotes the next day.
The savings was only $268 over my current policy so I was reluctant to change fearing that since my mortgage company pays the premium it would be too much of a headache. I went ahead a changed based on his promise that they would take care of everything! I am glad to report that he lived up to the promise and made it easy.
